Brooks BBQ Event Cancellation Notice

Thank you to everyone who sold tickets or who placed an order to support the Bethlehem Runs Booster Club. We truly appreciate it. Unfortunately, we did not meet the minimum number of orders required, and the Brooks BBQ fundraiser through Bethlehem Runs has been canceled.

All individuals who purchased tickets will be electronically refunded to their original form of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process, depending on your financial institution.

BOOSTER CLUB MEETINGS

We are always looking for people to get involved in the booster club too! The group meets once a month, usually at the library. Please consider attending. We are a great group!

Upcoming meetings:

March 3rd 6:30-7:30 at the public library

April 7th 6:30-7:30 at the public library

MEMBERSHIP INFO

We cannot do all we do without your support. We encourage all

families to make a donation to the booster club. You only need to join once per school year even if your athlete participates in multiple seasons. Please keep that in mind when deciding on your membership level.
