WHAT: This camp is designed for athletes entering grades 5-8 this fall who have a strong interest in long-distance running/cross country. “Personal Best” is meant as a preseason build-up for modified runners preparing for their cross country season and for 5th and 6th graders who would like an introduction to the sport. Campers will be separated into age and ability groups, otherwise the camp is co-ed. Athletes should bring a water bottle, wristwatch, and have running shoes they don’t mind getting muddy!

He is a USATF Level II certified coach. Coach Rickert will be assisted by members of his coaching staff, as well as several varsity members of the high school team who will serve as counselors/group leaders.
