Brian Greenberg (BCHS 2014) 15th at NCAA D3 Championships

Brian Greenberg (BCHS 2014) competed in the Triple Jump for Bowdoin College at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 28, 2016, at Wartburg College (all results) in Iowa. The Sophomore jumped a distance of  14.19 meters (46-06.75), slightly off his qualifying jump of 14.51 meters (47-07.26). He entered the competition ranked 15th in the country and finished 15th overall. In April, Greenberg was named the New England Small College Athletic Conference Men's Field Performer of the Week after winning both the long jump and the triple jump at Middlebury's Panther Invitational. His distance of 14.41 meters in the triple jump vaulted him into tenth place on the current NCAA D-III list while his long jump of 6.68 meters is the third-best in the NESCAC this spring. Greenberg's new Triple Jump PR adds 1-inch to his BCHS best!
